The Women's Ministry of Shoreline

As Christian Women in today’s world, we are keenly aware of the highly varied and complex issues, needs, and problems being faced by our sisters in Christ. We believe that servanthood means serving… not just being served. The Women of Shoreline feel that their mission is to:

Provide ministry opportunities within our church for any and all who desire to serve.
Reach out to women at their point of need – our plan is to offer activities and meetings geared directly to our women – not just a monthly meeting.
Minister to those of us who are hurting and facing insurmountable problems – we are the only Jesus that many see – may our compassion be like that of His.

How do we accomplish such an endearing mission?

Prayer Sisters – through the close bond of sisterhood, hearts are shared, concerns are prayed through, and confidences are entrusted.
Bible Studies – disciple women and bring them into a fuller knowledge of our Saviour and His wholeness for their life.
Sharing and Caring Groups – it is through the sharing process that we find our common bonds and are able to meld into that true body of Christ. Laughing, eating, crying, and hugging brings us all into a oneness.
Planting women where they want to serve – our passionate leaders desire for each woman to become the woman that God intended her to be.
